Very tasty food, visited twice, good service, bread had slightly tough crusts as the only criticism

Woke up on first day in kalkan and looked for a place for breakfast - based on reviews we went here and we loved it. Incredible soufflé style pancakes for the kids, eggs with Turkish sausage and a selection of bites for the adults. Would defo recommend, service was great too, attentive but not in your face . Also, decent price for 4 people

This cafe opened relatively recently and it is a fantastic addition to the restaurant scene in Kalkan. We had the breakfast twice and it is probably the best that we ever had in Turkey. Everything is very fresh and delicious and there is even bigger variety than what you already expect from an excellent Turkish breakfast. Definitely also try the coffee specialities prepared by master barista Mehmet! What’s more, the atmosphere in Rest Café is very pleasant and relaxed and it’s clear that this place is run by an excellent team. The service really is second to none! Apart from the great restaurant experience, we had a bit of trouble with our car and Cihan, one of the co-owners of Rest Café went out of his way to help us with this problem, translating for us, advising us and making sure that the problem was solved in the end. Thanks again for this! In summary, if you are looking for a great gastronomic experience in Kalkan with lovely people running it, this is the place to go.

Excellent breakfast here. Good value for Kalkan! Lovely decor, great service. Good range of all sorts of things for breakfast. We had menemen and the turkish breakfast platter.

Amazing and beautiful spot . Food was delicious and locally sourced with fresh ingredients. Staff was very nice and owners are great people . I Will be coming back here daily for my breakfast.

The portions were big and food Was so fresh and delicious. I don’t remember when I had better breakfast! Lovely service. Recommend anyone to go there and especially try breakfast for 2 people it’s called but portion is as big as for 3-4 people.

We have eaten here twice while on holiday, this is our favourite place for breakfast in Kalkan! The best part isn’t even the food, it’s the incredible staff. They are very welcoming and can’t do enough to make your visit enjoyable. Fully recommend

Excellent quality of food and service, had an incredible fruit plate which was delicious as well as the menemens! Would recommend for a chilled breakfast, brunch or lunch! Nice and cool atmosphere which is needed in this boiling weather x
